Many of my clients are surprised at how little I say when we are viewing properties. Most buyers know when a home is appealing. My role is to speak when you have questions or when I have concerns about the integrity of a residence or area.
The buying experience is different for everyone; some clients only need to see a few specific properties before buying, others need to see dozens all over the city. I give them all the same attention and view the process as an adventure; it needs to have an element of fun and exploration.
The majority of home buyers engage the assistance of a licensed REALTOR®. The process may stretch over weeks or months and involves expertise in a number of complex areas including legal, financial, regulatory, geographic, demographic, structural, architectural and aesthetic considerations.

Choosing to work with a REALTOR® at the outset gives you a greater degree of control over the route you take and allows you to focus on the most positive and interesting parts of a home search.
